走進一片森林之前，你是否曾想過，眼前的山林，曾經承載著哪些人的生活與記憶？ 台灣的山林之間，留著一條條族群遷徙與生活的路。約在兩百年前，花蓮卓溪鄉布農族祖先陸續越過中央山脈，沿著拉庫拉庫溪與太平溪流域向東移動，在花蓮的高山與溪谷間尋找適合生活的土地，這塊流域與山陵有族人留下的聚落、石板家屋、耕地與道路。今日看似遙遠而封閉的山區，曾由一條條獵徑、聯姻道路與部落間的往來路線相互串連。 清領與日治時期，國家權力為了進入布農族傳統領域，先後開闢了兩條貫穿山林的道路——一條是清代的八通關古道，另一條則是日治時期的八通關越嶺道路。日治時期，日本政府沿線設置警察駐在所與砲台以執行理蕃政策，道路硬生生穿過部落與傳統領域，隨後更實施集團移住，將許多高山部落強制遷移至花東縱谷的淺山地區，使族人遠離了原生的高山舊社。 這是一條串聯舊社記憶、山林共同生活智慧、被迫遷移歷史的道路。這一次長期投入卓溪布農族文化書寫與

議題的開始就像家裡出現積水，有時候有時候拿個抹布擦一下，拿個水桶接就好，直到那個巨大、反覆、問題明確的水窪出現，就會讓你下定決心真的找人來抓漏，在礦業改革裡，就是亞泥新城山礦場 . 前面幾次介紹了很多不同的採礦個案反應不同面向的問題，但當時比較像抓到一個洞，就先想辦法補一個洞，還沒有形成「要修改整部礦業法」的明確目標，直到亞泥案把很多問題收集到一起。 . 亞洲水泥新城山礦場位在花蓮秀林鄉，是全台灣單一礦業用地面積最大的礦場。開挖面積大約是 100 個小巨蛋， 50 多年來把新城山鏟掉了超過500公尺，卻沒做過環評，還曾經重疊國家公園，也與礦下族人有土地所有權的爭議。 . 2016 年，透過亞泥案，地球公民研究員和蠻野心足生態協會律師一起，找出兩條最關鍵的「霸王條款」——分別是可以讓採礦的權利幾乎無條件延長；以及使用土地不用經過土地所有權人同意只要提存租金。確認採礦爭議遇到的問題很多源自於礦
