Doha's Youth Take On Climate Policy

Founded in 2015 and registered as a non-profit association under the Qatar Financial Center, the Arab Youth Climate Movement Qatar (AYCMQA) is an independent think-and-do-tank for environmental awareness, advocacy and policy research across the Arab world. Its programs include a Household Carbon Footprint tracking app, the Young Reporters for Environment Qatar journalism initiative, an Environmental Ambassadors of Qatar education program, and an Earth Talk speaker series. Since its founding the organization has launched more than 8 initiatives, run over 300 public events, and engaged more than 50,000 people through community outreach across Qatar.
