Green Pole runs the 'My City Kills Me' campaign highlighting Tbilisi's severe air pollution, which the WHO ranks among the worst in Europe, and estimates it contributes to roughly 4,000 deaths a year in the city. With Czech partner NGO Arnika, it launched the AirGE citizen-science network of self-built monitoring stations that any Georgian resident can request for their home, publishing live PM and volatile-organic-compound readings on a free interactive map. By March 2025 the network had reached 100 stations across 11 cities, in a country whose state monitoring system has only around 15 stations nationwide.
