Kosmotive is a Rwandan social enterprise founded by Blandine Umuziranenge that manufactures affordable, washable KosmoPads in Rwanda. Its website reports reaching more than 10 million people since 2014, distributing over 2 million KosmoPads dignity kits and preventing 7,200 tons of plastic waste. Kits are distributed in 4 countries, and recent press shows schools receiving KosmoPads in 2026. Kosmotive also runs a health helpline and app alongside the pads.
