France's Règles Élémentaires Has Redistributed 29 Million Period Products

Règles Élémentaires is a French association, founded at the end of 2015 and registered under the 1901 law in 2016, that fights menstrual precarity. It collects pads, tampons and other products in shops and workplaces and passes them on to local partner groups that serve people in need, and it works to break the taboo around periods. On its website it reports about 29 million products redistributed, about 3.3 million months of periods covered, more than 18,000 young people made aware and 3,000 professionals trained.
