Trust Links runs seven therapeutic community gardens plus a historic orchard across South East Essex, using organic growing, horticulture workshops and green social prescribing to support people with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, dementia and sensory impairments. Its flagship Growing Together programme was evaluated by the University of Essex, which found statistically significant improvements in wellbeing, social connection and nature connectedness among participants. In 2024 the charity supported 7,395 people and delivered nearly 2,850 wellbeing groups and activities.
