Dream Renewables is a Ghanaian non-profit that trains young people in solar design, installation and maintenance, then backs them to bring power to places that need it. At the Jantuakrom CHPS health compound in Western Region, the 3.6 kW system commissioned in February 2025 runs a donated vaccine fridge; six months on, vaccinations were up 24% and travel time for supplies and power-related needs was down 90%. The group says six rural clinics have been electrified so far, with two more planned, and is building a renewable energy hub near Kumasi with a vocational training centre and a working solar-irrigation farm, backed by Comic Relief's Climate Justice Programme.
